We all have a tendency to avoid change; but in doing so, we can miss out on the possibility for self-expansion. It could allow you to be able to enjoy aspects of life you haven’t been able to. Let me be your advocate and together we can navigate you towards a more meaningful, and satisfying existence.

My Personal Journey to Sobriety & Mental Wellness

I believe that a person who helps others should know what the process of healing looks like for themselves. If you would like, you can read how I began exploring my own mental health, and what led me to become a registered counsellor in Victoria, BC.

If your distress is related to:

I can help.

Here’s how to start:

1. Initial Consultation

We will begin with a free 20-minute phone consultation. This is where we can discuss your counselling goals, and answer any questions you may have. This provides us an opportunity to determine whether we would be a good fit for therapy.

2. Scheduling Your First Session

After your consultation, you can then decide to book your first 60-minute session either in the call, or afterwards if you need to take some time to think on it. You can either book through phone or online. The timing and frequency of sessions will cater to your needs, with options available on weekdays, early evenings, and weekends.

3. Continued Therapy

Therapy is a personal journey that varies in duration. Attend sessions weekly, bi-weekly, or as needed. While some may find a few sessions sufficient, ongoing therapy often leads to more profound change. My support continues for as long as you benefit from it.
